About this position

As a Manager, Facility Expansion Planning for our express logistics company in Indonesia, your main focus will be on implementing network expansion plans, sourcing facilities as per specific business requirements, and executing facility preparation projects with efficient cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet the growing demands of our business.
• Source and evaluate potential facility locations based on operational needs and cost considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute facility preparation projects, ensuring on-time completion and within budget.
• Optimize facility layouts and design to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of network and facility plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network and facility strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network expansion, project planning, project management, or other MEP fields.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking planning & problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget management.
• Proactive, self motivated and out of box.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa & English.
