About this position

The Key Account Manager-MASTA is responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Mom & Baby, Toys & Games industry.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Mom & Baby, Toys & Games industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple sellers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
• Demonstrated confidence and charisma in pitching and closing deals, with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience in interpreting market trends and data.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in English and ability to work in a cross-functional, international team.

Requirements

• Min bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English
• Working experience in sales/seller management, preferably in e-commerce min 4-5 years
• Soft skills required: Communication, pitching, teamwork, priority management, data crunching
