Responsibilities
• Drive the creation & implementation of programs & initiative to further build our Commercial Capabilities
• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
• Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and other trainings
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Collaborate closely with regional/ local commercial team leaders to optimize way of working, drive efficiency, and enhance overall performance effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to streamline processes and achieve common goals effectively.
Requirements
• 5+ years, ideally in Learning & developments with at least 2 years’ experience managing a team
• Good problem solving mindset
• Proven organization skill & details to attention
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Demonstrated ability in sales operations/ commercial excellence, preferably in the e-Commerce / Retail industry
• Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams with varied strengths and cultures.
