Within this role, you will work within Assortment Strategy & Mindshare Channel team to drive business performance by defining an efficient way to do deal hunting with Commercial team using a data driven approach.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with several stakeholders, such as Category & Regional team to improve assortment selection and conversion by identifying what kind of items that are suitable with the market needs
• Manage day to day mindshare channel operations & deal hunting (Subsidy Channel)
• Set up a deal hunting strategy that would grow our business into the next level by taking financial health aspects into consideration
• Collaborate with Assortment team by analyzing the sales data to produce a tactical insights
• Develop dashboards not just for monitoring, but to produce actionable insights that decision makers can use to conduct data exploration, or derive quick insights
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience from tech industry related company. E-commerce experience would be a major plus point
• Strong executional skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail
• Passionate in data, analysis, or insights with high curiosity and skepticism
• SQL hands on experience is a must
• Highly energetic & self-motivated. Eager to learn new things & passionate to work in an ever-changing environment
