About this position
Responsibilities
• Executing category plans while managing the day-to-day business and contributing to the larger team’s development, plus managing and developing associate members of the category team
• Developing and ensuring relevant product offerings
• Providing business analysis and insights on appropriate product selection for the market while developing campaign proposals to achieve sales targets
• Examining growing sales and executing category strategy while monitoring key performance indicators
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive change (Planning, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Pricing)
• Establishing new direct accounts in support of selection expansion
Requirements
• 6+ years experience in a similar category, with strong networking skills; social media savvy
• Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
• Well-connected to big players within the industry
• Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
• English proficiency is a must
