Buyer & Community Planner (Affiliate)
About this position
As a Buyer & Community Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects to grow the buyer and affiliate community in Surabaya.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the city affiliate channel strategy, objectives, and key activities needed to achieve success.
• Collaborating on the end-to-end operations (creation, implementation, tracking, post-action analysis, optimization, and campaign management) of the KOL segment.
• Establishing and growing strong relationships with Lazada Affiliate Partners (KOL segment – individuals and agencies), consolidating our position as the partner of choice in relevant locations.
• Negotiating with KOL partners for exclusive arrangements and deals with brands.
• Managing events and communities to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and achieve high ROI.
• Staying up to date on national and local influencer marketing trends and implementing adjustments to city strategy.
• Reporting performance key metrics and project implementation status, as well as providing relevant strategic insights and supporting data.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working in one or more of the following industries: e-commerce, online performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or KOL agency.
• Experience in building community and offline marketing events.
• Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of affiliate programs.
• Proven client/partner management skills, especially in KOL and influencer management.
• Knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel/PowerPoint above all) functional to the creation of business planning, sales, and reporting material.
• Strong and persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate with KOLs and influencers on a daily basis. Being able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Able to negotiate partnership structures with agencies and communities for competitive and profitable business models.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to be experimental.
