Business Development Manager - Logistics
About this position
We are looking for an experienced Salesperson in the logistics industry who can translate their expertise into adding substantial revenue streams, particularly in new markets for Express services, while aligning with the company's targets and direction.
Responsibilities
• Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients across various industries to increase Sales and market share
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and market share within the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments to align on initiatives and ensure seamless integration of processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Strong Network Baseline and able to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and establish new connections.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our logistics solutions and value propositions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in e-commerce, logistics or a fast-paced technology company.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and managing teams to achieve targets.
• Solid understanding of the Indonesian market and e-commerce landscape, with experience in Lazada or similar platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and present insights effectively.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
