About this position

As the Affiliate Manager at Affiliate you will play a crucial role in shaping the destiny of our team goals and ensuring its continued success achieving our KPIs. You will be an integral part of the Affiliate team and will report to the Head of Affiliate. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Partner Experience, Partner Engagement Team (Influencer and Talent Agency). You will be responsible in doing end to end journey for partner from acquisition to incubation. Beyond that, you will also program creation, evaluate, and optimize the performance of MI segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness for Alibaba International.
• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with key affiliate networks, influencers, and content publishers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling promotional materials and incentives for affiliates.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support, training, and regular communication to foster a productive partnership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and regulatory changes to adapt the affiliate program accordingly.
• Manage affiliate budget, negotiate commission rates, and ensure program profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/Influencer, preferably in the e-commerce or digital industry.
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and networks, such as Google Analytics, tracking software, and affiliate networks.
• Proven track record in building and managing successful affiliate programs, with a focus on driving growth and increasing revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence partners.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
