Responsibilities

• Collaborate Globally: Work directly with our vibrant global marketing team, social media mavens, and creative agencies to design and develop localized marketing strategies that shine. Your plans will be the blueprint for market excellence, tailored with local nuances in mind.
• Lead with Precision: Take the reins on executing our Go-To-Market strategy. Ensure every campaign launches on time, hitting all the right notes, and delivering maximum impact.
• Project Powerhouse: Oversee all marketing projects and activities, keeping them on track and within budget. Your organizational skills will be the key to our success.
• Cross-Functional Champion: Be the glue that holds our commercial teams and project stakeholders together. Facilitate seamless communication and alignment to ensure everyone is on board and ready to execute winning campaigns.
• Data Detective: Dive deep into campaign analysis to uncover what’s working and what’s not. Share your insights with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Competitive Research Guru: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting thorough competitive research. Use your findings to supercharge our campaigns and keep us at the forefront of the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in communication, marketing or allied fields.
• Min 8 years of marketing experience ideally in FMCG or E-commerce.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
• Research and analytical skills.
• An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
