About this position

The Senior Brand Manager for Thailand will be responsible for overseeing brand strategies and campaigns, ensuring consistency in branding across various channels and markets, and collaborating with multiple functions to drive brand metrics.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand custodian and the go-to stakeholder with an integrated view of branding and design across all channels and communications
• Plan brand strategies and brand campaigns to drive key brand metrics across 6 markets
• Create, maintain, and implement brand guidelines to drive consistency in execution across functions and across markets
• Delivers creative execution of proposed brand strategy and positioning, consistent with Lazada and corporate guidelines.
• Works with local branding leads to ensure consistent delivery in strategies and branding for local-led campaigns.
• Works collaboratively across multi-functions (e.g. group research, PR, social, creative teams, UED, marketing solutions) to ensure consistency based on brand guidelines
• Establishes and develops professional relationships with external ad agencies as needed.
• Upskill local teams, train and educate them on marketing content and delivery.
• Works with cross-functional teams to support customer segmentation and industry analysis.
• Monitors and analyses trends, industries and markets, including competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand management and strategy (agency experience is bonus)
• Background in Lifestyle, retail, consumer goods would be preferable
• Excellent knowledge of SEA markets and deep understanding of consumer insights
• Entrepreneur mindset is essential
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organization is a must.
• English as a first language and mother tongue in another SEA language (Bahasa Indo, Melayu, Vietnamese, Tagalog or Thai) is critical
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
• +7 years' of relevant experience
