About this position

The Product Development Associate is responsible for enhancing sales performance and seller operations on overseas e-commerce platforms by designing products and solutions that support the sales team and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales operation products and seller operation products on overseas e-commerce platforms.
• Enhance sales performance by designing workstation products and solutions for sales staff.
• Focus on the seller growth journey to help sales team identify issues and provide business improvement solutions, thereby increasing platform revenue. This includes products related to AI enabled opportunity discovery, task management, sales personnel management, and business solutions (promotions, advertising, products).
• Accountable for sales efficiency, seller operation efficiency, and the growth of seller transaction volume.
• Understand business scenarios and logic, use data analysis and product design to identify opportunities, and design various product business forms to optimize sales and seller operation processes, establishing a comprehensive sales & seller operation product system.
• Continuously optimize products based on sellers' and operational staff's needs and issues, including designing business models, optimizing operational strategies, and improving efficiency.
• Establish a comprehensive data-driven operation system to drive product iteration and performance optimization, identify business opportunities, and promote product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of relevant experience in B2B product roles.
• Deep understanding of business forms, including sales operations, seller operations, and product strategy management. Experience in overseas e-commerce, store operations, advertising, promotions, and marketing is preferred.
• Excellent project management skills and cross-departmental communication ability. Capable of effectively coordinating with R&D, regional, and local teams to propose and implement product plans, achieving business outcomes.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, and skilled in using product prototyping tools.
• Fluent in English for reading and daily communication, Chinese language experience is a plus. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
