Responsibilities
• Provide partnership with key business stakeholders to identify a right training needs across BUs strategically.
• Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs through various type of learning solution.
• Lead implementation to ensure people skills to be fulfilled and can deliver a great outcomes in supporting business direction & growth.
• Contribute to our efforts to build a culture of growth, creativity, excellence, and impact.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Training program and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Accurate reporting and ensure all compliances
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Process driven and think differently which can create a better opportunity.
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
