About this position

This is country base and will report directly to TPM Head. The primarily responsibility for this role is to proactively upkeep, support with a goal of zero system downtime while continually seeking to improve Lazada Logistics and Warehousing System.

Responsibilities

• SYSTEM MANAGEMENT - Proactively troubleshoot and upkeep the day to day Lazada Logistics and Warehousing System to constantly meet or exceed merchants and customer’s requirement.
• SYSTEM ISSUES ESCALATION – Understand existing system capabilities, reporting issues and escalate/follow up issues to helpdesk for when needed. Validate system issues raise by the team and create GOC ticket as needed.
• IMPLEMENTATION – Support in the country projects, project documentation (BRD/PRD) UAT, new processes and system new upgrade/features/enhancement. Monitor the progress performance ensuring changes are successfully implemented.
• SYSTEM CALL-OUTs – Representing country and participate in the in the call-outs/meetings (when needed).
• SYSTEM SUPPORT UPDATES– Ensure all system updates are timely cascaded to the whole team.
• DOCUMENTATION – Prepare, maintain and implement training material and SOP with the help of OPEX to suit local venture effectiveness. Create and maintain documentation of all business applications, maintain its relevancy to the business as agreed with the stakeholders.
• PERFORMANCE - Monitor system and process performance. Escalate to the business unit when needed.
• TRAINING – Support in the implementation of new projects, SOPs. Provide translation and conduct relevant training programs to mitigate these gaps to ensure the training quality and parameters are met (when needed).
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT –Act as PD as needed and/or be part of local venture to roll out company initiatives and projects related but is not limited to and processes per requirement with timely implementation.
• CONTINUES IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION – To continuously seeking ways to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster creativity. Continuous improvement encourages the organization to think outside the box, come up with innovative ideas, and find better ways of doing things.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent with an Information Technology / Engineering / Business Major.
• Ability to effectively communicate English and Thai both verbally and in email writing.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common instruction manuals and technical journals.
• Ability to write technical documents.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule (during events).
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to process and analyse large amount of data.
• Ability to handle common inquiries or complaints from users.
• Highly numerical, detail-oriented, methodical and self-motivated.
• Working under sustained pressure with tight datelines from ad-hoc requests.
• Working extended hours during off days to fulfil requirements.
• Work in a matrix organization between local venture.
