About this position
Responsibilities
• ทักทายแขกอย่างอบอุ่นและดูแลให้พวกเขาพึงพอใจ
• รับสายโทรศัพท์ อีเมล และทำการโอนสายไปยังสำนักงานในบางครั้ง
• กำหนดการตารางทำงาน
• รับผิดชอบในการบันทึกกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น
• รับและจัดเรียงจดหมาย/การจัดส่ง/บริการจัดส่งรายวัน
• ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการบริการของบริษัทและจัดการข้อซักถามของลูกค้า
• ดูแลพื้นที่ต้อนรับให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
• บันทึกการปรับปรุงเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายในสำนักงาน
• ตรวจสอบวัสดุสำนักงานและสั่งซื้อวัสดุใหม่เมื่อจำเป็น
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการความปลอดภัยทั้งหมด
Requirements
