About this position
The VP, Sales Distribution for the Credit Card Project is responsible for leading the credit card sales team, developing sales strategies, and overseeing marketing efforts to drive product sales and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage and lead the credit card sales team, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
• Design and implement sales incentive programs that motivate the team and drive performance.
• Oversee the marketing of credit card products, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, to increase brand visibility and product sales.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor's degree, marketing or related field is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in credit card business or Sales management industry.
• Proven experience in managing credit card sales teams and designing effective incentive structures.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, including both online and offline channels.
• Experience in online advertising and digital marketing, including campaign management and performance tracking.
• Good English communication skills for business communication, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.
