About this position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for enhancing the company's reputation, creating personalized recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing analytic insights to improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Employer Branding: initiatives to enhance the company's reputation such as job fair, internship, university partnering.
• Strategic Sourcing: Creating personalized recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition excellence: Manage the full recruitment life cycle and find possible solutions to fill in positions in time especially over Service Level Agreement (SLA), difficult to find and difficult to retain in the market.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued and supported throughout the recruitment process. From the first interaction to the final offer, you'll be the guide creating a memorable journey.
• Analytic Insights: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast and monthly recruitment dashboard.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and productivity of the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, MBA, Management or related fields.
• At least 10 Years' experiences in Human Resource Management or Recruitment.
• Good Command of Spoken and Written English.
• A good team player and High energetic person.
• Ability to set strategy and plan.
• Strong in project management with initiative ideas.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with successful track record.
