About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการการขายส่ง โดยมีหน้าที่ช่วยในการกำหนดเป้าหมาย KPI และประเมินผลการทำงานของ Relationship Manager (RM) รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการขายและการวางแผนการทำงาน.

Responsibilities

• ช่วยดำเนินการ กำหนดเป้าหมาย KPI และ ประเมินผลให้กับ Relationship Manager (RM)
• จัดทำ Monitoring Report (Excel , PowerPoint) สำหร้บ RM , Sales Head เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนการขาย และ ตรวจสอบผลงาน
• จัดทำ Customer Monitoring Report และ Warning Report สำหรับลูกค้าธุรกิจ เพื่อให้ RM วิเคราะห์ และ วางแผนการทำงาน ดูแลลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• จัดทำ Sales Campaign เพื่อกระตุ้นการขายในหัวข้อหลักๆที่ธนาคารกำหนด
• จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสนับสนุนการขายของช่องทาง Wholesale Banking
• จัดทำแผนการสื่อสาร และ จัดทำสื่อต่างๆ ไปยัง RM และ หน่วยงานขายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ทุกทีมเข้าใจ และ ปฏิบัติตามได้อย่างถูกต้อง

Requirements

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร, เศรษฐศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Sales Management , Staff Engagement , Sales KPI Monitoring โดยตรงจากสถาบันการเงิน จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร โน้มน้าว และ มีใจรักบริการ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Word , Microsoft Excel และ Microsoft Powerpoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความรู้ทางด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อ กฎหมาย กฎระเบียบต่างๆ ของธนาคาร จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการพูด อ่าน และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
