About this position

The Retail Credit Underwriting (Credit Card Project)/Manager - AVP Level position involves collaborating with various departments to enhance credit card processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing credit risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with related departments in development and implementation of credit card.
• Contribute ideas for work improvement in achieving better work quality and higher productivity.
• Part of enhance approval system to increase productivity and faster service.
• Perform credit analysis throughout the entire process to ensure compliance with the bank's regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Verify the accuracy of the loan application data in accordance with the bank's criteria and analyze the customer's ability to repay the loan and assess the individual credit risk.
• Provide opinions on the credit risks for each loan according to the credit risk management policy and the bank’s credit lending guidelines.
• Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned.
• Take responsibility and manage other tasks assigned in addition to routine tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Banking, or any related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in underwriting retail or credit analysis.
• Possesses knowledge of the bank's credit products, laws, and regulations.
• Good interpersonal skills, eager to learn, and able to coordinate with various departments within the bank.
• Good in both written and spoken in English.
