About this position

Overseeing the development and management of mortgage product, analyzing market trend, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, optimizing pricing strategies, and driving product innovation to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define strategies for developing and managing Home Loan Product, to meet customer needs in addition to managing P&L from various perspectives
• Study and analyze the impacts of changes in the banking industry and regulations on home loan product and other environments such as competitors, property market, customer demanding to create some tactical plan achieving bank’s goals and meet all criteria / requirement from all regulators.
• Take responsibility for overseeing the overall market introduction of home loan product, including marketing activities, onboarding processes, and customer service, in accordance with the setting goals and operational plans.
• Establish and develop operational guidelines and criteria for home loan products. Preparing operation manuals and supporting sales staff with product knowledge to create a good customer experience.
• Analyze home loan product data and performance to make business directions and continuously improve and align with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor or/and Master degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Secured Loan Product, Mortgage Product, as well as strategic
• Good analytical skill, Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good English language skill in both speaking and writing.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Competent in computer skill i.e Microsoft words, excel and power point presentation.
