About this position

The Data Analyst Manager will participate in transforming the bank into a data-driven organization by reshaping data analytical architecture and providing insights to support retail banking growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in deployment projects to transform the bank into data-driven organization and reshape data analytical architecture.
• Understand business requirements and use cases, translate into data requirements and define the required business input into various data components.
• Execute data analytical tasks to form data insight and business recommendation to support retail banking business growth.
• Formulate policy or guideline to cultivate strong data analytical culture & operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or data analytical related fields.
• At least 10 years’ experience in banking data management and data analytical fields.
• Extensive knowledge of retail banking products and retail customer behavior.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and familiar with database mgmt., data analytical and BI tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide innovative solutions.
