About this position

The Associate Relationship Manager – Taiwanese Business Development is responsible for understanding client businesses, supporting senior management, and enhancing customer satisfaction through various credit analysis and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

•   Understand client’s business
•   Support Senior Relationship Manager
•   Analyse, report credit utilization of each client to develop and execute utilization and retention strategy
•   Provide customer services in order to increase customer satisfaction
•   Conduct outbound call to existing customers to increase loan utilization and other services
•   Proactively perform credit analysis and write-up, loan classification, account annual review and other credit risk assessment activities according to credit risk assessment guideline including verify financial ratios, condition precedents and covenants in order to increase success rate and to ensure optimal level of NPL

Requirements

•   Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in an related field
•   At least 3 years work experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Write-Up, Financial Analysis from banking/ or financial institutions
•   Good command of English
•   Computer Literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
