Assistant Company Secretary
About this position
The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for managing shareholder and Board of Director meetings, preparing necessary reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
• To manage shareholder’s meetings and Board of Director Meeting
• To prepare Annual Report Form 56-1 One Report
• To prepare information disclosure required by SET
• To have knowledge of SEC/SET regulations and the Public Company Act
• To coordinate with regulators such as SET & SEC to ensure good governance and compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Accounting or any related field
• At least 5 years working experience in company secretary field from listed companies
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills, detail-oriented and customer centric
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
