About this position
We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead our Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) efforts within our Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement, sales support, and market analysis, all while helping to shape our brand's presence in the local market.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) for projects within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Analyze and improve the number of customers visiting the project (Customer Visit) to meet the quantity and quality criteria of the target group.
• Create marketing activities to support the sales team in achieving sales and transfer goals.
• Conduct a SWOT analysis of competitors in the area and other competitors to provide information to the sales team and foster knowledge and confidence to support sales efforts.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts (E-Marketing) to support an increase in project visit rates and sales.
• Analyze research data and external information to adjust marketing strategies in response to current events.
• Manage and control Sales on-site (SOS) and Works in Progress (WIP) homes according to the schedule to support current and future sales and align with the company's strategy.
• Manage and evaluate the sales office and the project environment to meet quality standards (Site Role Model) and manage the customer contract process to create a positive branding of the company and enable the sales team to operate efficiently.
• Develop and establish marketing objectives, marketing budget, operational plan, and sales promotion plan.
• Manage marketing plans and sales promotion strategies and brand strategies to be recognized in the local market.
• Conduct special events (Event Marketing) to increase sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and assist in urgent customer relationship management (CRM) activities to address complaints and maintain the company's reputation.
• Analyze, collect, evaluate results, and prepare marketing data for presentation to senior management for decision-making.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.
