About this position

Lalamove is looking for a Senior Legal Associate to manage legal documents, review litigation strategies, draft legal contracts, handle statutory filings, and perform general research and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will need to manage legal documents, receive all legal correspondences and update local management and regional management accordingly
• The applicant will be tasked with setting and reviewing litigation strategies in court cases in order achieve the best outcome for the company
• All legal contracts will be reviewed and drafted by this role and approved by the regional office
• The candidate will work with the appropriate local and regional teams to handle all cases of statutory filings necessary
• General research and clerical duties, such as data input, collecting and delivering documents will be key in setting the legal foundation for the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a top institution and at least 4 years of relevant experience in legal areas, preferably in a major law firm or in-house legal department
• Knowledge and experience in handling litigation, corporate secretarial, legal matters, and contract review
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a sense of legal risk awareness
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
