About this position

The Car Rental Operation Assistant (LLA) is responsible for ensuring quality checks, timely collection and delivery of vehicles, and maintaining vehicle standards according to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and make timely collection / delivery of cars to customers according to the rental SOP.
• Clean and groom cars according to company standards.
• Deliver/collect cars to/from vendors for repairs or servicing and explaining faults/problems to vendors.
• Monitor vehicle assets and traffic violations, handle vehicle-related registrations (plate, license, etc.), traffic fines and annual inspections.
• Draft and implement vehicle operation procedures, goals and work plans, performance appraisals according to DLT and company regulations.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
• Previous experience in car rental business or fleet management.
• Familiar with DLT regulations, traffic laws and regulations regarding company-owned vehicle management.
• Eloquent and good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
