About this position

Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform that connects customers and drivers directly through technology, offering fast and convenient delivery services. The Operations Associate - Sticker Operations will play a crucial role in managing operational activities and enhancing brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education.
• Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
• Monitor driver operations support activities on making callouts, sticker installation, and distributing driver attributes.
• In charge of offline presence inventory management (stock availability, sticker & Lalabag procurement, weekly stock inventory).
• Help & Support Large 4W driver acquisitions in the surrounding Office.
• Working closely with Senior Sticker Operations Associate and Lead Generation team.
• Collaborate with driver quality team to ensure drivers get updated material about our latest SOP.
