About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee AP functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor account reconciliations.
• Monitor AP aging, manage vendor payment schedules, and address discrepancies promptly to maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Work closely with procurement and inventory management teams for efficient cost management and payment planning.
• Cash flow management
• Record and controlling Fix Assets
• Preparing Fix Assets report US GAAP VS Thai GAAP
• Controlling Project expenses and Capital Expenditures.
• Comparing actual and budget of project cost
• Prepare and review GL entries, ensuring accurate posting and account reconciliation for monthly and year-end closings.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly to prevent discrepancies, performing adjustments as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation for all GL entries, maintaining an accurate audit trail.
• Oversee tax preparation, ensuring accurate filing for corporate tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes in accordance with regulations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and resolving any tax-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments in accounting practices to maintain compliance.
• Have knowledge of BOI benefits.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Provide detailed P&L variance analysis with actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with finance teams to align P&L goals and support strategic financial planning.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA is preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting roles with a manufacturing or industrial background preferred.
• Strong experience with AP, AR, GL, tax compliance, and P&L preparation and analysis.
• ERP System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for multi-functional accounting tasks.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for financial analysis, reconciliation, and data management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, BOI, and local tax regulations, along with experience preparing for and responding to audits.
