Manufacturing Engineer
About this position
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improving and analyzing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
• Improve and analyze existing manufacturing processes to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance product quality.
• Monitor yield improvement and maintain by PDCA or another related tool.
• Execute continuous improvement for workflow, standard lead time, and line balance for more efficient manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Co-operate with other related sections for production conditions, standard improvement, and maintenance.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and QA teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Science (Physics, Chemistry), or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (Experience in the manufacturing field of Electronics devices will be preferred.)
• Basic knowledge in SPC, QC7 tools, QCC, PDCA.
• Proficiency in computer skills and statistical analysis tools. (Microsoft Office, VBA, CAD, Minitab)
• Experience using SAP ME and SAP systems for manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949.
