Wealth Management (Manager-AVP)
About this position
We are seeking a highly experienced Wealth Management team to join our newly established Wealth Management Department at KWI Asset Management Company Limited (“KWI AMC”) subsidiary of KWI Public Company Limited. you will be responsible for executing our wealth management strategy, fostering client relationships, and driving the growth of our wealth management business and profitability of the business. In this role, you will offer clients access to exclusive wealth club and manage a diverse and comprehensive product line, including principal-protected savings products, private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
• Acquire, lead, mentor, and develop a team of relationship managers, setting clear performance targets and supporting team members in achieving the goals.
• Foster a performance-driven culture focused on expanding the sales force through effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Handle existing institutional clients assigned by the company.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to grow AUM.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new high-net-worth clients.
• Implement marketing and business development strategies specifically designed to drive growth and enhance KWI AMC’s market presence.
• Oversee the selection and execution of customized financial plans and investment portfolios aimed at finding the balance between risk and return for clients.
• Deliver expert financial advice and tailored investment strategies to meet clients’ financial goals and drive asset growth.
• Monitor investment performance and market trends to provide strategic recommendations that enhance asset growth and client satisfaction.
• Ensure that all wealth management activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, safeguarding client assets and maintaining AUM integrity.
• Select and enforce proper risk management strategies to protect client portfolio.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• IC Complex 1, or Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or equivalent designation (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in banking, securities houses and mutual fund brokerages.
• Proven track record in managing high-net-worth portfolios and achieving substantial growth in AUM is highly desirable.
• A proven ability to drive client acquisition, retention, and asset growth, along with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical standards in the financial industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Language: No specific language requirements.
