About this position

The Management Trainee - Associate position involves supporting various business development, compliance, and administrative tasks within the company, focusing on product analysis, documentation, and departmental administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist to review, organize, and summarize new fund products documents, emphasizing key features for internal product evaluations.
• Provide support to develop comprehensive training materials based on the key features of newly launched fund products to support the sales team in product promotion.
• Collaborate with the team to organize the company’s product line and prepare tailored investment portfolio presentations aligned with client needs, product dynamics, and the company’s strategic goals.
• Assist in drafting, executing and archiving essential business documents, including memos, NDAs, MOUs, and Agreements.
• Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy of department files, ensuring proper archiving of meeting materials, product documentation, internal approvals, and external agreements.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports using standard templates.
• Support senior manager in preparing meeting materials and relevant documentation.
• Aid in registering company information, data, and common stock through government platforms.
• Help supervise and coordinate with third-party vendors or outsourcing agencies to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect data and assist in preparing monthly and quarterly internal reports.
• Manage CEO schedules and appointments, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of key initiatives.
• Handle office expense management, including processing claims, monitoring budgets, and preparing expense reports.
• Oversee office supplies procurement and management, including working with key external partners.
• Coordinate company car bookings for the Sales and BD teams when needed.
• Other company and BD & CR department admin related tasks.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and summarize complex information.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations (PPT skills are essential).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong self-motivation, discipline, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
• Fluency in Thai and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
• Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Final year students or candidates with less experience could apply for an internship of this position.
