About this position

The HR Manager will work closely with line managers to understand recruitment needs, attract suitable candidates, and ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining high recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with line manager, building working relationships in order to understand each company's recruitment needs.
• Involves attracting suitable candidates through advertising in print, broadcast and online media, as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals.
• Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.
• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to apply for a vacant position.

Requirements

• 7+ years of general HR experience.
• Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns.
• Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills.
• Good English skills and great teamwork.
