Business Development Associate
About this position
The Business Development Associate will assist in product analysis, project management, and strategic presentations while maintaining documentation and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities
• Assist in reviewing, organizing, and summarizing new fund products documents, emphasizing key features for internal product evaluations.
• Provide support to develop comprehensive training materials based on the key features of newly launched fund products to support the sales team in product promotion.
• Collaborate with the team to organize the company’s product line and prepare tailored investment portfolio presentations aligned with client needs, product dynamics, and the company’s strategic goals.
• Assist in exploring new projects like partnering with global AMC or fund house to establish new funds.
• Help to draft essential business documents, including memos, NDAs, MOUs, and Agreements, in line with ongoing business activities.
• Provide support to monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that cross-departmental collaboration remains on track and aligned with business goals.
• Prepare insightful presentations for Monthly Management Meetings, reflecting the performance and initiatives of the Business Development Department.
• Compile monthly summaries for the Product and Marketing Committee, detailing the progress and activities of the Business Development Department.
• Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy of department files, ensuring proper archiving of meeting materials, product documentation, internal approvals, and external agreements.
Requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and summarize complex information.
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations (PPT skills are essential).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong self-motivation, discipline, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English or Thai and Chinese is required; trilingual candidates with Thai, English, and Chinese are preferred.
• Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
