Sea Export Customer Service Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Processing an export shipments as per Shipping Instruction
• Ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process
• Preparing shipping documents (Bill of lading, Invoice, PO, P/L, COA, etc.)
• Act as center point of contact with customers for booking process, document confirmation/correction and related clarifications (including amendments)
• Verifying the job is priced correctly upon sending the booking confirmation
• Provide feedback on shipment and process improvement to Supervisor or directly to Head of Department
• Work closely with other departments to support the booking process and expand more business
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or higher in BA Chemistry Logistics Business International Management or any related field
• 1-5 years experienced in freight forwarding, Customer Service or Logistics business
• Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good Relation and Service Mind
• Good Command of reading and writing English
• High responsible and willing to learn
• Having Service Minded active, analytical thinking and Negotiation Character
• Willing to work long hours and After working hours and Proficient computer skills in MS Word Excel and Power Point
