About this position
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for end-to-end order management process: Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Invoice, etc.
• Answering phone and redirecting queries.
• Updating local ERP and Salesforce with the required information.
• Dispatching spare parts and assisting with stock checks.
• Planning and ordering Spare parts.
• Liaise with factory Order Management, freight forwarders, and customer to ensure high customer satisfaction of deliveries.
• Provide non-technical phone support.
Requirements
• 1-2 years experience in Order Management/Administrative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service experience
• Ability to create collaborative professional relationships and meet customer deadlines
