As a Sea Logistics Training Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel in Thailand, you will design and deliver training programs for sea logistics operations, onboard new employees, and continuously improve training content. Your role ensures employees are well-prepared to manage international shipments and maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaboration with various departments to align training with operational needs is also key. This position is perfect for someone passionate about logistics and mentoring.

Responsibilities

You will focus on supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence by upscaling the knowledge + competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching + skills development. You will drive productivity organically + ensure the organization is always fully equipped for success.
• To provide operational systems + general business field training to new users with effective training techniques + high quality documentation. This includes conducting online training + live training.
• To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
• To monitor + report the completeness of training for both hard + soft skill competencies.
• To research methods + techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry + the competition.
• To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
• To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.
• To develop training concepts + learning paths for teams + individuals.
• To drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge + competencies of the organization.
