Responsibilities

• To implement all annual excellence certification activities for your site; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence.
• To ensure awareness of key production system/continuous improvement tools + programs across operational activities.
• To audit your site against operational excellence standards.
• To execute continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets.
• To coach your colleagues in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities.
• To support deep dive value stream mapping events.
• To support + monitor Kaizen projects to deliver productivity + quality improvements in operational activities.

Requirements

• The candidate must have 5-10 years of relevant working experience in warehouse environment or equivalent.
• Must possess a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage process improvement projects.
• The candidate should have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Systematic thinking approach.
• Excellent in presentation skills.
• Well verse in English communications including reading and writing.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
