About this position

You are responsible to support our customers by providing helpful information, answering queries and resolving complaints. Utilizing your strong forwarding and market knowledge, you will provide front line support for customers to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services and features.

Responsibilities

• To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation in close cooperation with the Field Sales and Operational Care Center.
• To establish and strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through engaging interactions, regular care visits and pro-active advisory and consulting to drive customer excellence.
• To qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within the given price band, in line with the guiding principle in decision-making, then following up to ensure quotations are accepted and closed.
• To support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the company systems alongside the (initial) customer order.
• To collaborate with Finance and Revenue Care Center to adjust credit limits based on daily business development and coordinate measures in case of challenges.
• To document, resolve, analyze all complaints and feedback then identify, share and eliminate root causes.
• To prepare, review and refine customer reports.

Requirements

• Over 3-5 years experience as Air Logistics Customer Service
• Experience in import is a plus but not a must
• Strong time management and task prioritizing
• English skills in speaking / writing and listening
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner
• Being mature and self starter
• This is contract based year by year with full benefits and chance to be transferred to permanent based employee
