Product Marketing Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan to procure and increase the number of new potential and qualified personal loan members
• Organize personal loan marketing programs to increase the number of new members and increase the volume use of credit limits among new members
• Develop personal loan products that are suitable for each target group on an End-to-End basis
• Create multiple new sales channels to effectively expand the personal loan business market.
• Provide and coordinate with new business partners to create new sales channels and increase number of new loans members
• Track/analyze/report on the status of ongoing marketing projects and plan to improve the business ongoing projects effectively
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as Risk management, Legal, Compliance, IT, Distribution, and other departments in the process of product and service development to meet industry benchmarks/targets and reach the results according to the objectives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• At least 5 years of direct experience in the personal loan business and / or credit card business in terms of planning to increase the number of new loan members and find effective sales channels / develop products, services and create marketing programs for new credit members
• Understand the personal loan business competition conditions and comprehend on how to conduct business effectively
• High working flexibility and strong in creative thinking
• Effective communication skills in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• High experience in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
