Product Strategy and Marketing (Bancassurance)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Working closely with KTB to develop product, promotional programs, and tools to support the delivery of product plans & new product launches
• Conducting product training for KTB sellers & KPI sellers
• Collaborate with Marketing & Product Development team to develop and implement a marketing plan in line with KPI’s business & strategic objectives
• Monitoring competitors’ products to identify competitive gaps and opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor or master’s degree in a Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Actuary, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Product Coaching, Project management, Business Development
• Have excellent written & verbal communication skills and are comfortable dealing with KTB
• Excellent in Excel, Presentation and other Microsoft Office
• Team player attitude with energy.
• Excellent management skill and problem-solving skill.
