Performance Marketing Analyst
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting based on historical performance and projected trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns and performance results.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics such as Growth Rate, Loss Ratio, OPEX, Combined Ratio to identify trends and opportunity for scale-up.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize underwriting profit.
• Stay updated on partner and industry trends in performance marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support marketing initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a Statistics, Actuary, Marketing, Economic or related field.
• Experience in Marketing analysis, Data analysis and New graduate are welcome.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel or other tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
