Wholesale Banking Strategic Planning
About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Wholesale Banking executives to determine Wholesale Banking's business strategy and strategy for customers in bank products
• Join Wholesale Banking's business plan based on information from the strategic planning process, identify the initial Strategic Initiatives and develop the Wholesale Banking Master Plan as well as support the Action Plan
• Participate in considering and preparing important KPIs of Wholesale Banking, including the transfer of Cascading Measure indicators at the group and department level
• Work together with Wholesale Banking executives to develop the goals of department. By pushing the budget allocation process for each department's goals Including goals between RM and the Product Sales team
• Monitoring business performance and implementing strategies continuously
• Communicate Wholesale Banking's strategic plan and progress of the action plan to stakeholders
• Review the Wholesale Banking strategic plan, key KPIs and operational plans. In order to be consistent with the changing circumstances in each period
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in related field, especially in Wholesale Banking Strategy Planning in Banking or financial institutions
• Exceptional presentation and data analytics skills.
• Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
