About this position

The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating design artifacts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience across digital products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create user personas, journey maps, scenario-based designs, and information architecture to guide design development.
• Design wireframes, user flow, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Advocate for users throughout the design process and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX designer at a commercial software company, design firm, consulting firm, or corporate company.
• Experience designing digital products (Responsive website and Native app on mobile & tablet).
• Working with business, technical, and design teams to create user flows, wireframes, testing methodologies, usability & accessibility concerns, and user experience measurement & benchmarks.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping methods & tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and problem-solving skills.
