About this position

The Senior IT Operations Manager (FAVP) is responsible for overseeing Batch Processing across various operating systems, ensuring efficient operation and problem resolution, and collaborating with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Control, monitor and have problem-solving skills of Batch Processing on various OS systems (M/F and open systems).
• Design, analyze, planning and maintain in Batch-flows to launch in Testing or Production environments.
• Maintain, monitor, tuning Files and Batch process.
• Set up, maintaining and perform in Operation Tools (ex. Job scheduling, Report distribution, File transfer, etc.)
• Prepare and submit to process BAU or Ad-hoc requested jobs or reports.
• Fulltime (24*7) Problem and Incident supports.
• Collaborate with other departments, branches, subsidiary companies, or vendors.
• Provide support during BCP or DRP.
• Manage operation outsourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required; Associates degree in Data Processing preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in Batch processing with a variety of operating systems.
• Proficient or thorough understanding in,
      - M/F system (JCL & Utilities, Basic logic Programming, File Transfer).
      - Open (including Cloud) systems (Scripts, File Transfer, Basic logic Programming).
• Ability to analyze/maintain/tune/organize/prioritize Batch processing and files.
• Ability to analyze Batch problems and select most appropriate corrective action.
• Basic understanding of Operation tools.
• Experienced in manage operation outsourcing.
