Process Consultant
About this position
The Process Consultant will lead enterprise-wide coordination on business processes, business requirements, and operations to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across the bank and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
• Lead to provide an enterprise-wide coordination on business processes, business requirements and operations related matters to align themselves, enhance efficiency, and thereby ensuring consistency across the bank and relevant subsidiaries as applicable.
• Leverage and enforce best practices in business processes and operations on an enterprise-wide basis.
• Promote activities as a business as usual to improve business processes and operations, including but not limited to follow-ups on identified issues until necessary actions are completed or implemented.
• Initiate and facilitate various application forms for bank and relevant subsidiaries as applicable to ensure consistency on an enterprise-wide basis.
• Achieve business-IT alignment - cooperate with business owners and relevant IT divisions/departments to review business requirements and thereby ensuring consistency across the bank and relevant subsidiaries.
• Guide and provide consulting services for an enterprise-wide coordination on businesses process, business requirements, and operations related matters.
Requirements
• Experience in Process Improvement/ Business Analyst/ Business Process Analysis, Project Management or related experience.
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability in MS office application.
• Fluent in English communication verbal and written skill.
