About this position

The Personal Loan Product position involves initiating and executing projects to acquire new customers, improving sales productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute new projects/ programs/ promotions to acquire new high potential segment and achieve sales goals
• Work closely with risk management on the credit side to acquire the most profitable target segment and improve rule & regulation in accordance with market situation.
• Regularly Monitor & Improve sales productivity and increase new volume booking
• Professionally handle CCRP & Call Center cases which related to Personal Loan Product & Processes and satisfy both internal & external customers
• Support all adhoc assignments
• Review PL product procedure and manual, draft out regulation and procedure to support new project launch

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business administration, Finance, Marketing, Economic, General Management
• At least 5 years of banking experience in Consumer Banks’ products, Marketing, Product Management, Distribution Management or related field.
• Self-starter with a sufficient initiative
• Comfortable working in agile environment
• Broader influencing skills in order to build strong relationship with related departments (both internal & external) and help overall development of team
• Good Marketing Analysis, Marketing Channel Management and Strategic Planning
• Good communication, and Interpersonal skill
• Service mind, positive attitude with good team spirit and gentle
• Details and Results oriented
• Adapt to the change and new things, Enthusiastic and eager to learn & do

• Able to travel upcountry individually and able to work during weekends/ work overtime to finish job
