About this position

You will be handling IT governance for subsidiaries in ASEAN, ensuring that the regulation from HQ is implemented and followed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Support International business subsidiaries on platform and IT related activities to accelerate and strengthen KS’s international presence.
• Understand overseas subsidiaries’ IT strategy and project plans in order to identify support requires from Bank’s IT group.
• Develop, manage and enhance the IT Governance framework, road map & governing processes for subsidiaries.
• Monitor, measures and reports on compliance of IT Group using the standards, policies, processes, procedures and methodologies.
• Create awareness and synergy among IT Group members.
• Drive IT Group Governance and Process Improvement initiative to ensure key projects meet defined IT delivery methodology (e.g. SDLC, Agile), comply with IT governance and regulatory requirements.
• Gather and consolidate key project and investment status across the group.
• Collaborate with IT teams particularly in international subsidiaries to align key projects with Krungsri IT MTBP.
• Support international subsidiaries IT and Digital Portfolio Management goal and assist in business initiatives prioritization and other requests, to align the initiatives with MTBP roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in management position, preferably within a relevant consulting environment.
• Have strong knowledge and background in Information Technology related to financial and banking industry in Thailand and regionally.
• Experience in strategic planning, execution, tracking and monitoring projects.
• Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Have strong analytical skills, consulting and reasonable logic.
• Have strong coordination and negotiation skills.
• Be able to manage and govern several projects at the same time.
