About this position

The Head of Client Services Department at SRS Co., Ltd. is responsible for leading the vehicle support team, managing rental transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vehicle support team to complete rental transactions and agreements for customers by following established guidelines and procedures.
• Determine and manage the scope of the repair or maintenance for car rental, prioritize the repair orders and communicate the information to customers.
• Initiate sales and service programs to customers to maximize sale opportunities and meet goals that set by management.
• Review completed contracts with customers to verify accuracy of information and explain rates and charges.
• Complete transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verify the accuracy of closing calculations including manage car disposal process.
• Audit the closed contracts to ensure accurate charges for refueling, applicable taxes, etc.
• Solve problems that are raised by customers using sound judgment within applied empowerment guidelines and company policy.
• Monitor and analyze the car inventory and availability to ensure all cars are fully utilized.
• Coach staff to ensure they have the necessary skills, and have the correct procedures and policy to provide services consistent with the Company’s values.
• Support management with the development and implementation based on business demands and transaction levels.
• Review the ongoing performance results to targets.
• Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in related fields.
• At least 18 years of experience in related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in auto leasing or rental car business is required.
• Strong ability to analyze used car market situation.
• Excellent in cost & budget planning and analysis.
• Good in Computer literacy, especially MS Excel (V-Look up, Pivot table).
• Good in English proficiency (Report, document tasks).
• Be Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
