About this position

You will join Branch Platform team as a Business Analyst with a technical background in Java Spring boot and experience in technical design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and help implement strategic initiatives for various Banking functions.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to analyze, develop and documentation, communicating effectively with IT development, IT quality assurance, IT infrastructure, IT security, BU and executive teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Create and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Conduct system analysis regularly to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from executives with supporting information and recommendations.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development, knowledge of core banking application is preferrable.
• Stong technical background in Java Spring boot.
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports in SDLC.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in reporting hub, report engine or similar project is preferred.
