About this position

Provide comprehensive guidance to branch staff, analyze and improve sales effectiveness, ensure optimal use of sales tools, offer coaching and feedback, and facilitate communication between branches and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide guidance and training to branch staff, including branch managers and regional managers, to ensure efficient end-to-end sales management activities.
• Analyze and enhance branch sales effectiveness, focusing on sales activity management and customer service, including evaluating the efficiency of campaign-led versus non-campaign activities.
• Ensure the effective and efficient utilization of all sales tools.
• Monitor sales activities and work processes to provide coaching and feedback to relevant parties.
• Act as a liaison, offering expert advice and facilitating communication between branches and headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Banking, Branch, Finance, Sales or Marketing industry.
• Having experience in Sales, Service and Product Training.
• Having experience in Performance Measurement.
• Strong communication and training skill.
• Good presentation Skill.
• Positive Thinking.
• Computer skill: Excel, Word, Power Point.
