About this position

The AEC IT Infrastructure position is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for various IT infrastructure areas, aligning with the Krungsri group, and managing teams to implement new infrastructure that supports business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy in respective areas includes Server platform, Web services, Middleware, Database, Network, Contact Center system, and Telephony System.
• Align strategy, architecture, standard with Krungsri group and collaborate with Krungsri AEC team.
• Design for IT Infrastructure architecture to meet required functionalities, security, and compliance.
• Create Infrastructure initiative and drive to make them happens on which will gain business to IT and business.
• Manage teams to drive new infrastructure implementation to support as per business objectives.
• Provide support for special project as per assignment.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams and international subsidiaries to align key IT strategic projects / IT infrastructure projects with Business’s Strategy (Mission and Vision) and Mid Term Business Plan (MTBP).
• Ensure that key projects comply with IT governance and regulatory requirements.
• Define strategy and roadmap of respective areas.
• Design system architecture in high level perspective.
• Endorse implementation plan for in-scope systems.
• Proactive work to create suitable IT infrastructure and to prevent issue to minimize business impact.
• Manage teams in respective areas to align with Krungsri standard and comply policy.
• Provide consult to business in term of technical to be able to find a suitable IT solution, meet business objective, and minimize cost.
• Manage teams to work effectively to meet business objectives and SLAs.
• Develop knowledge and skill of teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Crease leadership to the teams to have vision, clear goal, move in the same direction.
• Workout on new technology and new initiative to improve System efficiency, support new technology, trend, and other projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Mathematics & Statistics Science, or related fields.
• At least 10 years in Overall IT Infrastructure such as Open Systems, Database, Middleware, Network, Call Center with minimum 5 years in Banking and Financial industry or related company.
• Management experience, preferably within a relevant consulting environment.
• Fully understanding of the ITIL process e.g., Change Management, Problem Management, Patch Management, etc.
• Good knowledge of IT and Cyber Security baseline.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.
